Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Once the return has been confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us. Refunds and exchanges will be issued as soon as the return has been checked and approved, but may take some time to show in your account, depending on the provider used for the original payment.
For hygiene reasons, toys which have been used cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event of a fault, please do not let your dog continue to play with the toy. Instead, photograph the issue, contact us and we’ll sort out a replacement as quickly as we can.
